Fiona Downing and her team are responsible for helping current and prospective affiliates best utilize RCI’s industry-leading services and innovations to grow their businesses.
Downing began her career with RCI in 1991. In her more than 20 years with the company, she has held a number of leadership positions including management of the call center, resort operations, revenue management, and web and product development. She played a pivotal role in the launch of the RCI Points® exchange program in Europe and the establishment of many of the region’s points-based clubs. She has been instrumental in the development and execution of many key RCI initiatives, such as RCI Platinum® membership, RCI TV®, RCI® Online Tour Generation, the game-changing RCI Weeks® enhancements, and many other significant programs that help keep RCI and its resort affiliates one step ahead of the competition.
Vice President of North America Business Development
Bob McGrath, RRP, is vice president of business development in North America for The Registry Collection ® exchange program and RCI. Based in Las Vegas, he and his team are dedicated to providing outstanding affiliation, sales, marketing and operational support to affiliated resort and resort-community developers in the RCI Weeks ® , RCI Points ® , and The Registry Collection exchange networks.
McGrath has spent the last 18 years in the shared ownership and resort development fields, becoming an acknowledged leader. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in the administrative, operational, program design, finance, and sales and marketing arenas for vacation ownership industry giants such as RCI, Starwood Vacation Ownership, Interval International, Kosmas Group International and Celebrity Resorts.
McGrath has been awarded the American Resort Development Association’s (ARDA) highest professional designation – Registered Resort Professional (RRP). He is a frequent speaker at ARDA regional and national conferences, numerous industry events, and is a guest lecturer on vacation exchange and the vacation ownership industry at UNLV, The University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality and Florida Gulf Coast University. McGrath holds real estate licenses in multiple U.S. states and is a member of several charitable and civic organizations including Rotary International.
Todd Menendez, RRP is based in Orlando, Florida. He oversees a team of account executives and directors responsible for new business as well as servicing a portfolio of resorts in the eastern half of the United States for both RCI and The Registry Collection program.
Menendez began his career in the timeshare industry as a sales executive for Orlando-based Tempus Resorts. He gained additional sales experience as a sales professional with Hilton Grand Vacations Club before joining RCI as an account executive in 2000. In 2007, Menendez was promoted to vice president, a role that utilizes his expertise in managing RCI’s relationship with key resort clients.
Menendez is a graduate of the University of Florida and an active American Resort Development Association (ARDA) member.
Vice President, Business Development, North America
Amy Lipka, RRP, serves as the vice president of business development for RCI. An RCI and timeshare-industry veteran with more than 27 years of experience, Lipka and her team are responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of some of RCI’s major clients. This involves servicing more than 300 RCI affiliated resorts located throughout North America. She leads her team in the planning and coordination of strategic initiatives and the development of programs that help enhance and expand her clients’ businesses.
Prior to her current role at RCI, Lipka held several leadership positions throughout her seven years in the RCI call center. From there, she transitioned to the business development side of the industry, with a high focus on working with clubs. During her time, she’s opened a business development office in Carlsbad, CA, and has served hundreds of resorts across the country.
Lipka is a long-time member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), serving on numerous committees for ARDA. She has achieved the industry certification of Registered Resort Professional (RRP) and attended Indiana University – Purdue University at Indianapolis with a concentration in business management and geography. She currently lives near Indianapolis, Indiana, with her husband and two daughters.
Robert W. Stolt, RRP is Vice President of Business Development for RCI and The Registry Collection program. He is a vacation ownership industry professional with more than 30+ years of industry experience. In his current role with RCI, Stolt services many of RCI's largest club clients and is based in Orlando, Florida.
Prior to joining RCI, Stolt spent 18 years on the developer side of the timeshare ownership industry among three major Orlando developers. Although Stolt has held a Florida real-estate license for 20 years, his industry experience has been operations focused.
Stolt began his career at the front desk of Vistana Resort and was quickly promoted to reservations manager, which gave him an opportunity to develop and implement the resort’s first owner rental program. After five years at Vistana, he joined Orange Lake Country Club. In a career span of more than 11 years, Stolt served in multiple roles including reservations manager, front office director and resort sales manager. Stolt’s passion for the industry led him to take the position of director of inventory management for Sunterra Resorts, a multi-site developer that grew to more than 90 resorts during his tenure.
Today, Stolt is also active in industry relations and has served as a member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Awards Committee for the past seven years, and also serves on the Director's Council at Florida Gulf Coast University.
