Our exchange reservation process is simple:

• Your owner deposits their interval and receives Credits
• The owner can then browse through our print or online Resort Directory to find a desired location
• The owner can make a reservation into available inventory by using Credits and paying the requisite Exchange fee.

 

The Registry Collection ^® members can browse through sample available inventory at www.theregistrycollection.com , which highlights inventory available for exchange. They can also explore our online Resort Directory to read reviews and see photos and videos of available properties to plan their next vacation.

Exchange is only part of the story –  The Registry Collection ^® members can also access a wide range of products and services through our Collection Partners , as well as the Travel Concierge Service, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
